Process Post - Project #6

As usual with my big mixed media pieces, this was a very labor-intensive process, but I leaned into it so quickly that the hours went by with surprising speed, and I was able to detach myself enough from the subject matter to enjoy myself. I really hated the feeling of dry clay on my hands, but the sink was across the hall, so it wasn't too bad. I'm starting to get more used to the smell of mod podge. I do really love sculpting things and working with clay despite my sensory issues, and I think I'd very much enjoy building a fully 3-dimensional piece for my next in-class project.
